The Gurukul Tutors is a home tutoring service that offers home tuition facilities for your child.
Based on your requirements, we can arrange a free demo class, post which the teaching schedule and other formalities can be finalised. A tutor will conduct only 1 demo class. After the demo class Student / Parent has to inform The Gurukul Tutors/tutor whether they would like to start their learning experience with us.
The classes and tutor will be confirmed only after paying the necessary fees.
Any changes required in the schedule needs to be informed at least a week in advance, so that the same can be arranged. However there is no guarantee that the scheduling request would always be possible, as teachers may already be scheduled for other assignments.
You understand that, to the extent possible, The Gurukul Tutors will facilitate finding a tutor that best suit your child’s requirement but it does not guarantee any success of any kind in any examination or test that your child may undertake.
You can request to change the tutor if you feel, that your child is not showing adequate progress.
In case the tutor is not able to complete the teaching schedule or continue the classes due to personal or unforeseeable reasons as booked by you, The Gurukul Tutors will facilitate finding a replacement tutor for your child within a reasonable period of time.
You understand that home tutors need to be treated with respect and dignity. Further, you agree to provide in your home an environment that facilitates the studies during the classes.
Classes will be conducted only if there is one parent / adult member present in the house.
Fees need to be paid only through our platform and not to the tutor. We will not be responsible for any disputes due to payments made directly to the tutor.
The Gurukul Tutors reserves all the rights to change all or any of these above mentioned terms and conditions with or without giving any prior notice.
